Cancellations/ reschedules made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service total with the card that is on file. No-show/day of cancellation and reschedule will be charged 100% of their booked service total with the card on file. Clients are responsible for card processing fees and a deposit may be required for a rebook.
